A complete revamp of the company website. Mainly to give the user a first impression and product knowledge. It also introduced a section for understanding different types of pain. So users can go through that and understand more about pain and allow them to choose the right product

A complete revamping of the logistics company's base application. They had a lot of data to be captured and sorted for tracking for each consignment. It was very challenging and had a great learning curve. We had to take a user interview of more than 30 people to understand and sort flow. part of the development we did user testing of the tool with 12 users in 3 different stages in 3 batches. End of the project we also did a product lifecycle exercise for a year and improved from what we delivered early.

Working on various projects for them and one interesting project is weight loos assistance for a medicine brand. This was for some targeted audiences in specific countries. I created a flow and done the user research and user-centric design for this project to make people engage and inspire weight loss. First, it was developed in Andriod and later to apple.
