Discrition:

• This claims and benifitdeals with all Claims processing related operations for CDPHP.This system built to receive incoming claims from clearing houses, adjudicate those claims and make decision on payment of the claim. It also generates Explanation Of Benefits (EOBs), Explanation Of Remittance (EORs), Checks and Letters. The Medicare memberships of CDPHP are mainly processed on Claims and benifit.Member information is fed to Claims and benifitafter they enroll in CDPHPhealth plan.
  Claims are filed by Providers and processed by claims and benifit.During Adjudication make the decision to approve or deny claim. It also determines payment amount and other cost shares.
  Claims payable subsystem pays to the provider. And create various correspondences for members and providers like EOBs, EMRs, Checks and Letters etc. estimation of work, Conducted daily stand-ups.Coding, Unit testing, bug fixing, Enhancement.
