Description

Project aims is to enhance end-user experience for its cloud management application by adding new features in software (available in both desktop/SaaS) such as; self-provisioning, auto scaling, marketplace, chargeback etc.

  • As part of CPS team responsible for driving the strategic initiative of the company for cloud and platform services which includes conducting various research to understand market and competitive landscape and identify areas of improvement for new product/solutions
  • Responsible for overall success of the project through leveraging Agile delivery methodology (Scrum framework). Taking major decisions to ensure timely & quality project deliveries with customer satisfaction, smooth operations of the project. Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practice
  • Organize and facilitate various meetings such as; sprint planning, daily Scrum, product demo, retrospective meeting etc. Leverage JIRA tools for sprint planning and tracking.
  • Facilitate team with required resources to deliver the project, play role to ensure the accord between development team and product owner
  • Monitor project controls (schedule/risk/issues/changes/dependencies, burn-down chart) and generate project health metrics.
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to coordinate project schedules, budgets, and sprint / release planning. Coordinate UAT as part of change enablement process
  • Working closely with build and sales team to arrive at key decision for addressing critical situations, contract level decisions etc.
  • Stakeholder communication and reporting on status, risks, planning etc. on regular basis.
  • Working with proposal of future releases along with bid management team and evaluating appropriate & profitable financial models and team organization structure.
  • Working closely with delivery team and monitoring daily progress, take necessary action if there is potential impact to schedule.
  • Provide support for proposal creation/ RFP response to bid management team and provide insights to enhance DXC competency against competitors.
  • Draft internal and external presentations, communications, and status reports to executive leadership.

  • Responsible to implement and practice agile methodology for delivering intelligent automation programs across Telstra involving, Blue Prism, Pega, AI/ML solutions.
  • As lead Scrum Master for automation program, I lead 40+ remembers consisting five squads and four Scrum Masters.
