Financial Control Platform is an Enterprise application which will be used by Banking Internal Users. This application consists of 10 modules and each module has its own importance and functions different. Basically the module Convenience Check module involves a single entry and Batch upload functionality which deals with list of convenience checks submitted by customers and will be updated to Accounting system through a batch process. It accepts 5 types of Checks. This is the first module that was owned by Hyderabad Team where I was the QA owner. This project is basically a migration project from .Net UI to Angular and Cloud back end platform with PCF and IAAS processes involved and we followed Agile(Scrum) SDLC.

· As a Business Analyst come QA, I involve in all the discussions with business users to define the scope of the stories and understand the functionalities.

· Create the Stories in Jira in the backlogs with detailed Acceptance Criteria

· Explain the functionalities of the stories to the team during Sprint refinements/Sprint grooming

Gainsight – A salesforce CSMs toolused for Customer Success Management which belongs to the category of B to B SAAS application. It involves Cockpit and Success Plans modules which are day to day usage screens of customers to update their call to actions , goals with the corresponding due dates using which it can be tracked and updated. Along with SFDC , MDA(Java ) is an another data source using which data analytics is performed to display the required data graphs and reports

· Analyzed the business process workflows and mapping document indicating the source tables, columns, data types, transformations required, business rules to be applied, target tables, columns and data types.

· Developed high level test matrix based on business requirements, functional and technical specifications (transformation logics).

· Developed SQL queries /scripts to validate the data such as checking duplicates, null values, truncated values and ensuring correct data aggregations.

It is an application for managing and monitoring the payment collection process for delinquent accounts. It interacts with multiple system of records for collections data for eight lines of business on a daily basis. ECaR facilitates many other debt management plans like Mitigation Plan, Extension/Re-age/Workout, and Debt Counselling etc. I was involved in testing of the application
