Description
Description: OPIE is a Field Inter-Departmental Customer Order / Project Management tool. It is comprised of the Medical Order Checklist (MOC), Project Definition Tool (PDT) and Site Planning (SP) modules. It is used to bring orders to our customers in a standard, organized and efficient way.
The overall mission of OPIE is to consistently implement our customer orders in an efficient and organized manner and to minimize the cycle time from "quote to cash". This tool is built with internal and external access to facilitate the same effectiveness for our Manufacturers Reps and Contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Worked on perform coding, unit testing, error handling, bug fixing, bug verification and created an error log.
- Involved in analyzing the business, technical, system requirements, and their scope for the solution.
- Involved in maintenance of the existing project on C# and developing the new Modules, requirements based on .Net technology, upgraded and migration the application from framework 2.0(visual studio 2005) to framework 4.5 (visual studio 2012). And Developed Multi-tier application with separation of Presentation layer, Business logic layer and data base layer.
- Used ADO.Net to store, manipulation and retrieve data from SQL Server DB and database transactions were achieved through Dataset, Data view, Data Reader and SQL Data Adapter. Created various SQL server Stored Procedures to retrieve, manipulation and save data to SQL server 2008.
- Database development including schema design, T-SQL queries, stored procedures, Triggers, SQL query tuning and user defined functions creation for SQL server 2005 and 2008,2012
- Creating Windows and Web service to Communicating with ONEPI (IBM) Service
- Generating weekly and monthly reports for Active users list, Rejected user list, Planning and Tracking using with SQL Scripts.
