▪Providing oversight to all aspects of Information Services of the Hospital, starting with study, analysis & understanding of business requirements and designing appropriate solutions to meet/exceed the same.

▪Participating in the automation of business processes/functions, documentation of Specifications (Technical/Functional), architecture/design of feasible & appropriate solution for such automation.

▪Collaborating with designers & developers to translate the requirement specifications into new solutions for testing & deployment to improve business efficiency.

▪Further, I engaged in defining workflow, records management and document imaging using IBM WebSphere App Server (FileNet), as part of service delivery.

This system for automating the service when the patient comes to the clinic. it has 5 screens (reception, physician, Lab, and Pharmacy )

1.In reception,the staff will enroll the MRnumber.

2.After that, the physician will check the medical history for the patient. And he can add an order for lab or Xray for patient examination.

3. Finally, the physician can see the lab or Xray result through the MR number. If the patient needs the medicine can get from a pharmacy through MR number.
