Zensar is taking care of their CPM based Pega PRPC in the units of Application Development, BAU Support, Enhancement requests and E2E Testing. Household in the UK and provides Road Breakdown Services, Home Services, a range of Insurances, Financial Services and many other Driving-related Services. Project RIO intends to deliver the first release to the business in time for the start of the 2016 RIO Olympics. In total, the project cover’s the sales, management and renewal of:- • Road Membership • European Breakdown Cover • Motor Insurance These policies have different levels of cover applicable to various levels of AVA accounts, with customers having the option to increase the level of cover by purchasing upgrades directly from the AA. So, for these polices, part of the policy is held by and paid for by a company and part of the policy is held by and paid for by an individual.

Cisco Systems, Inc. is an American multinational technology conglomerate headquartered in San Jose, California, in the centre of Silicon Valley. Cisco develops, manufactures and sells networking hardware, telecommunications equipment and other high-technology services and products. My project Install Base operations (IBOP’s) is an install base management application for managing the install base (complete view of a customer’s Cisco Assets or service coverage contracts) of the customer or partner. It contains a process that drives accuracy and integrates installed-based data for having accurate asset visibility of the customer assets for upcoming renewals. Also identifies the opportunities for up-sell & cross-sell during the renewal cycle. The main objective of the project is to enhance the customer experience by maintaining accurate install base data at scale in perpetuity and enabling cross-functional stakeholders to drive their respective business objective with speed and improved confidence using PRPC. This project includes interacting with Support Team and Customer.
