Description

Automated their hiring process from start to end in Salesforce. Replicated their external system inside Salesforce with the REST API provided by the client. Allowing them to shortlist the candidate, scheduling interviews and till hiring the candidate is been taken care in Salesforce. All these are done using Visualforce page, APEX classes and triggers, Bootstrap, JQuery UI Plugins which made it rich in UI and responsive. For scheduling an interview, wizard has been provided which is built using Bootstrap and JQuery Plugins. Also configured Service console, live agent for their employees in order to make things easy for them.

Description

Basically they want to be build a community for their customer to access their daily articles, collaborate within the customers. This is a custom community built with Visualforce pages, using Bootstrap, JQuery which is responsive for all the device. A customer can view the article and commenting on it with using @mention. Also they can be a part of group within they can collaborate with each other. For each post in the group, topics can be added, members can be tagged and this is similar to custom chatter. Also custom messaging functionality has been implemented within the group. This project also includes few custom approval process for user which is done using Visualforce pages and APEX classes. Also few workflows and process builder has been implemented for their requirement.

Description

This Company is a B2B agency, where they interact between customers and suppliers. They had an external system which takes care their business, but they couldn’t able provide proper supports and hence they wanted to use Salesforce. So to sync up the data from their external system and back & forth, they had provided REST API to pull and push data. These API’s provided the customer, supplier details and also the booking details and saved it in Salesforce and also writing back to their external System. These API are scheduled batch which runs on particular time in a day. To provide better service, we have implemented service console, Omni-channel, live agent. CTI integration to them. The main chunk for them is the case management which includes email2case, case queues, escalation rules etc.
