Worked as Lead developer/architect in this project. We developed a managed package for this client using apex, visualforce, lightning and streaming api.

-Developing an appexchange product by integrating Salesforce marketing cloud with -Cleverreach email marketing platform using their REST API. Features includes: - To and fro synchronization of campaign members between Salesforce and Cleverreach by manual and batch process. - Blacklisting email address in Cleverreach from Salesforce. - Creating Cleverreach attributes from Salesforce. ? Fetching reports from Cleverreach in Salesforce. ? Importing Campaigns from Cleverreach in Salesforce.

We have implemented the following Sales force instance: - Assignment rules, - Email to case, - Omni channel and Live agent, - Knowledge base, - Implemented custom SLA using Visualforce, apex and Jquery - Integrated Salesforce with Servicenow and 3rd party gaming platform. - Configured lead management process for the client. - Created custom visualforce page for client to see their branches in UK and revenue generated by each branch.

The project involved 2 phases: - Large data migration from CSV file stored network location to Salesforce using Apex data loader command line. Since the file contains millions of records and file size is too large to process, we had to split the file into multiple chunks and then imported it into Salesforce. - Creation of custom visualforce page to display in Contact layout for users to search customers investment details in a more interactive way. Role: Senior Developer Responsibilities - Developing features as per business requirement - Communicate status to Project Lead and Client - Perform UAT fixes and deployment to production.
