Responsible for managing the UAT team spanning across 5 nationa and 3 continents. Handled 75 people team for UAT. The project was to implement Service Now and we were Testing team.

Core Insurance has got 12 interfaces. Core Insurance is built on eBao. 43 products to be delivered.

DBoR is platform consisting of many applications, viz. billing, networking, and circuit detection.This project was started in Apr’06. The development is carried out by AT&T.

The TCTS system can be broadly classified into two sections w.r.t. actual work undertaken for the monthly package testing. The work is to be done on the excel spreadsheets (currently there are 53 workbooks containing many sheets which cover all the products for PSTN,FNET, Cashless & OAFC) and the UNIX boxes. The monthly package starts with the modifications to the individual spreadsheets depending on the requirements of the TRF.
