Delivered a process automation tool for the incident management process. This tool interacted with the BMC - ITSM tool and had automated the resolution process which includes diagnosis, trouble shooting, configuration and resolution. This tool was built on the Elastic stack with automation tasks built on Groovy. This automation helped in improving the resolution time by 40% and improve the SLA adherence.

• Delivered a single dashboard to manage a customer network’s fault, performance and end user experience functions. Built on the ELK stack, Service Intelligence platform is single pane of glass which transforms IT Operations by correlating, visualizing and predicting business impacting issues across hybrid IT stacks. This tool helped in improving the NPS significantly.

• Upgrade of BMC – ITSM tool, Upgrade of Amdocs CRM system, Upgrade of oracle workflow system, migration of legacy Java applications to a microservices based architecture.

• • Implemented a key system integration project for JPMC within a challenging time frame and complex technologies. The project was mandated by a merger of business (JPMC & BankOne) and involved integration of discrete technologies. The new platform was built on Weblogic Portal server.
  • Implemented the online banking system for private banking clients of JPMC. This implementation had a deadline which, if missed would have cost $7 million to the client. This project was implemented well in advance of the deadline. These applications were built on Weblogic portal server.
  • Designed the integration of the internet banking system with the backend mainframe banking systems and transaction process monitoring system (TPM) for Bank of New York. This solution was implemented using J2EE architecture.
