Elevate commonly known as People Development Platform.  This project is categorized into two webs portal Practitioner Dashboard and Respondent Dashboard. Practitioner Dashboard is responsible for managing various ecommerce activities like purchasing by using Credit Card, inventory, order management, creating projects and generating reports for their respondent etc. Respondent dashboard is responsible for taking assessments and also can generate their report.

Here user can register as a Practitioner and can also set assessment site for their client. Here user can purchase various Report PDFs inventory by Credit Card for different products like as MBTI, TKI, Firo B, CPI etc. As a Practitioner user can also generate report for their respondents from here

Budget and rebate management system is software   solution to be developed for Panasonic Information System Asia Pacific (PISCAP). This system will act as a front end to SAP system, which is currently in use at organization level. This system will provide features like budget creation, rebate calculation, accruals, claim and settlement, user management, role management, approval flow.
