How feature works

User can upload documents into the system and those documents can be restricted by applying digital rights like allowing to view document, download document, update document, printing of the document etc

To achieve this we have used SECLORE third party service and integrated that in our system to achieve business case

How feature works

We are basically a legal solution provider and having separate space for each legal matter. To manage each legal matter we have introduced a capability to track progress of that matter and its similar to JIRA kanban board.

On top of it, I have suggested one implementation in contect of the business requirement that there are certain set of pre defined actions that needs to be completed befor starting new one and for that I have suggested dependencies which overcome this and provides solution by adding dependency of one task on other.

How feature works

There is a business requirement like one action occurs something needs to be done. So taking an example, if document added in the system that needs to be review by someone and task needs to be created and assigned to the reviewer. Previously it was a manual process and now we have automated that process. So we have one rule like if this action trigger perform another action. To achieve this, we have used camunda rule engine and rabbitMQ as a message storage through which camunda consumes message for each trigger and performs action if condition satisfied.
