Data Validation & Reconciliation Tool: This tool provides various reports and dashboards which are used to perform data validation and reconciliation process for complex and large-scale data migration projects.

My Role: As a Technical Delivery Manager I was invloved in application architecture, design, development and database architect,design,development and database modeling. I was also acting as a scrum master for the project.I was responsible for overall project delivery within specified quality and timeline.

This tool is used to scope, estimate, and plan large-scale technology projects, including Deloitte and client resources. It allows for consistency in the estimation process, collection of scope parameters and calculation of estimates. It is also used throughout the project life cycle for scope maintenance, estimate re-evaluations, and project plan generation. The estimation solution allows for estimation of multiple offerings across the delivery approach, from ball park to detailed estimates which integrate with the pricing model. 

Client: Deloitte uses the Estimation tool in creating Cost, Scope and schedule estimates for large scale technology projects across clients.

Delivery Excellence Plan Tool: DEP is a web-based tool which will allow PPDs to submit review feedback for a Proposal, SOW or an Engagement. DEP enables the reviewer to consistently identify project aspects working well and the reviewers can provide their rating and comments on areas of concern and recommendations against respective categories by submitting their review feedback. Overall the vision for DEP is to provide a portal for scheduling, conducting and analyzing reviews for Deloitte Consulting project for full project lifecycle i.e. proposal review, SOW review and engagement review.

  Dashboard Tool: This tool shows project KPIs, metrics and health parameters in graphical view and has been built on web technologies like jQuery, angular, Web API, C#, SQL Server.
