CBUS provides a common notification and collaboration platform that will support intelligent notification and collaboration for the work centers, access providers, vendors and internal or external customers. CBUS has been positioned as an event broker service for the clients who want to subscribe to ticketing events. It supports 'customized' rules to send automated notifications based on using ticket events and filters in the rules. Messages can be tailored and tuned to the recipient’s devices through email, cellphone, messenger
system etc. Recipient’s schedule can be accommodated as to when they want to receive that notification and when (hours of day, days of week, and to what device). The Notifications are recorded within the ticket and the reports can be obtained.
