This project has integration of OTM 6.3 with several legacy systems. The project consists of domestic and international order planning, execution, visibility and settlement. OTM is highly customized and integrated with several legacy systems.

The role was to manage the Resources of the development, testing and Support team. Work with the Senior Management to plan for the target revenue for the project. Work with the SCRUM Master for the planning of development activities. Work as a solution expert for especially around Settlement functionality. Work with the sales team to increase sales by conducting POCs (Proof of Concepts).

Description

This project has integration of OTM with EDI and iDoc formats. The project consists of domestic order planning, execution. OTM is integrated with several ERPs Oracle Apps, Sterling, SAP, etc.

My role was to manage the Resources of the testing and Support team. Managed the Enhancements and Upgrades of OTM. Identify the gaps and co-ordinate Proof-of-Concept (POC) for the proposed solution, demonstrating our rapid development capability and the flexibility available to the client by using Oracle ADF. Manage and lead the entire software development lifecycle for the new in-house application. Lead the Functional and Technical team members of OTM for the integration mappings, OTM Reports, Agents, Rates and other configurations.

Description

This project has integration of OTM 6.1 with several ERPs. The project consists of domestic order planning, international shipment visibility (track and trace), and freight settlement. Additionally, Oracle Fusion Transportation Intelligence is being used as logistics dashboard enabling visibility into total freight spends and key transportation indicators.

My role was to contribute to the development and testing of all 64 interfaces within the projects. Lead Functional and Technical Configuration of OTM. Managed the Installation and upgrade of OTM from version 6.1 to 6.2. Leading the support team for the existing implementation of OTM. Worked on analysis and development of OTM performance issues. Managing the sustainment team and Business Users to document new business requirements and develop a design to be implemented in upcoming releases. Suggesting and implementing methods for improving and automating processes. Train the Business Users on the new processes for the upcoming releases. Prepare Quarterly Business Review documents to share with the management team.
