Project Scope:

The SharePoint POI One Search risk response identified a number of risk reduction measures and follow-on actions. A key priority is the identification and removal of PII/PCI/PHI data from environments not certified for its business processing purpose (i.e. storage and collaboration)

POI SharePoint Risk Reduction - GDPR Expansion - Data Privacy team is running an engagement which will identify and act upon (with quarantine being the assumed measure) PII, PCI and PHI data across BP’s SharePoint Azure estate.

Object of the team will be to utilize the Varonis DCF scanning capabilities to identifies relevant data from SharePoint 2013 in Azure and agree follow-on action for GDPR compliance
