Description:iCare KDDI is the newest client. This application developed for Japanese CSR’s.KDDI is complete infrastructure and application stack for both client’s traditional Advanced Exchange business and new Repair-Return functionality to support client's old program. This application is a Claim processing system, providing the feature for Handset insurance claim filing. Major features like filing a New claim, Resume Claim, No Enrollment flow, Advance Exchange, Forced Matrix, Salvage Repair Information, Reship & Resume Reship have been integrated into the application.

After first launch, following are the comments from the operation team,

• We have added around 400,000 new subscribers to the program at a take rate of over 80%
  • That's approximately 20,000 new subscriber adds every day!
• We have handled logistics for up to 20,000 handsets each day for Repair-Return, seven days a week
  • We handle up to 10,000 new repair claims each day
