This application is used to deliver the latest news over the internet, Mobile Phones & fax of companies which are customers of client. It is also supported multi language like Swedish, French, Danish etc. This application is also deliver the news over the News providers like Google, Yahoo etc.

Description:iCare KDDI is the newest client. This application developed for Japanese CSR’s.KDDI is complete infrastructure and application stack for both client’s traditional Advanced Exchange business and new Repair-Return functionality to support client's old program. This application is a Claim processing system, providing the feature for Handset insurance claim filing. Major features like filing a New claim, Resume Claim, No Enrollment flow, Advance Exchange, Forced Matrix, Salvage Repair Information, Reship & Resume Reship have been integrated into the application.

After first launch, following are the comments from the operation team,

• We have added around 400,000 new subscribers to the program at a take rate of over 80%
  • That's approximately 20,000 new subscriber adds every day!
• We have handled logistics for up to20,000 handsets each day for Repair-Return, seven days a week
  • We handle up to10,000 new repair claims each day
• By supporting KDDI's old program logistics from launch, Acyan is supporting wellover 30 million KDDI subscribers who are eligible to submit a repair claim!
• The Acyan Call Center has handled over 6,500 calls
• The Acyan TLC has fulfilled over 200 advanced exchange claim
