Office Complexes Management Systems – responsible for maintaining office complexes information, keeping their rental and tenant information, availability status, and information dissemination to officers involved in the complexes.

Collection system is responsible for all modes of payment for HDB. Consolidating all payment and then processed under this system.

This project involves transitioning the existing billing processing of Optima from an in-house development to a third party group that processes the entire billing of different Cypress clients. CRS is the official group that does all the billing processing for Cypress. Was responsible in developing, testing and enhancing various modules that are related to the Optima billing processing to transition it to CRS.
