Computer Aided Facility Management is an application which generates assignments for the engineers on the daily basis to maintain the facilities of multiple buildings. The online system developed to close to the system by taking care of different SLA and priorities of the assignment for the different departments.

Maintenance Contracts Management is a web based application that provides simple, self-service processes for commonly requested services, including annual maintenance contracts, one-time health check-ups, repairs, spare parts, among many other requests.  It automates the service request cycle through service level agreement (SLA) designations that authorize, prioritize, route and complete requests. The online system implemented to be as close to the organization specific workflow as possible considering SLA conditions, and making all data available up to date to the given work request. Integrating the solution with Tally was essential

Oracle Cloud Migration is done for an existing application project in which we moved the Application from On Prem servers to Oracle Cloud server with a database of 2.5 TB size.

My Role in Maintenance Contract Management project:

• Worked close to the Project Manager in project planning and initiatives
• Prepared four servers on Cloud with following parameters
• WebLogic installation with matching Application parameters
• Installation of Application and other configurations
• Installed all the existing integrations of the application
• Setup of other tools (Thick Client/Thin client)
• Involved in Production Deployment and Maintenance
