  • Provide any training that team members required
  • Communicate clear instructions and process to team members
  • Listen to team members' feedback
  • Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
  • Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
  • Generating reports of team performance and update the managers
  • Supporting VIP user’s on priority
  • Coordinating Immediate support for Audio and video conference rooms, Meeting rooms and board rooms issues
  • Handling all the Service requests and Incidents within SLA and guiding L1 engineers with SOP
  • Logging a case with vendors like HP, Dell, Lenovo if there is any hardware dependency issues
