Reference Data Technology is responsible for the strategy, sourcing, maintenance, and distribution of Reference Data across the Bank. It is also responsible for Global Markets Client Onboarding, Reg W, and FMU Reporting The scope of the project is to study, analyses and integrate the different applications and to provide consolidated reporting tool to manage ad hoc reports.

Contribution:

  • Provided technical support and knowledge of system availability times in need of back outs, would set up conference calls to engage technical resources to coordinate action plan
  • Maintained and monitored production system alerts and provided triage support for priority one and two system outage.
  • Performed disaster recovery tests to ensure system availability and functionality
  • Assisted in streamlining processes to reduce and make daily workload more efficient

PAPA is the one of the ticketing tools used by technical support space in Bank of America to track all the user queries. And, this helps to prioritize the issues, track the known errors and problem tickets. Basically, this project is to visualize the new fields that are implemented in PAPA tool like – recurring issues, cost baring, efforts spent, delay in implementing the known errors, etc. Using tableau, we are helping business to pull the data and visualizing in smart way.

Contribution:

  • End-to-End UI designing and implementation.
  • Requirement gathering and assigning the tasks to the team.
  • Scheduling team meetings and prioritizing the tasks.
