Responsibility

• Write the API as per the requirements given by the BA.
• Reviewing the new requests and change the existing mapping based on the new business requirements
• Preparing the analysis documents once get the FSD (Functional Specification Document) from the BA team
• Preparing Design Document as per the new business requirements
• Doing the coding as per the design document and writing the Unit test case for the new requirements.

EFMS is a web based application that will enable the End-to-End Service Delivery automation, utilizing exception based processing and task management system. Utilizing EFMS unique and direct interface to the ordering and provisioning systems, users can know the status of any order in the Service Delivery Process and any fallout conditions, if exist through a single portal.
