This project mainly deals with to dump the data from Share Point to Azure Sql and Azure Sql to Share Point. Data will be validated while dumping the data from Share Point to Azure Sql. Once the record is added into respective table the respective record will be placed into respective Share Point List.

Shangri-La is a web based software system, which consists of settings to import the data from one database to other database. It consist the transpose rules to place the data into different rules. We may get the fields with different names. By mapping the flat file fields with table columns, will transfer the data.

IPMA provides Neurological Surgery and consultation services to patients in Academic and Clinical environments. In this application modules are Administration, Patient demographic information, Patient Information, Insurance, Patient clinical information, Physician information Prescription, Insurance, Progress Note, and Appointments. In demographic module existing patients information will be handled. A new patient will added thought patient information Module. Progress Note module consists the instructions of doctor. Rx-Medication module maintains the prescription(s) details of patient. Rx-Testing module maintains Information of X-Ray, MRI, CT-Scan and Arteriogram. Scheduling module maintains the Appointments details. The Admin module maintains the details of all modules along with all permissions to modify delete and add the records.
