Role & Responsibilities

• Developing Service Catalogues using workflow editor,
• Working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages
• Implementing scripts using JavaScript, Glide script.

· Working on orchestration with PowerShell, REST and Soap.

· Implementing Virtual agent conversations.

· Working on cloud integrations with REST and Soap

Project Description: This is a Microsoft Product which is used to handle the functionality of Sales, Service, Marketing and Customer relationship management .The product new version is ready for release.

Responsibilities:

· Involved in implementing Service Desk Functionality using React Framework

· Involved in Bug Fixing

· Worked on different modules like Sales, Marketing.

· Involved in customization and testing.

· Involved in daily scrum meeting as we are following Agile methodology

Project Description: GLB is the Website used by Deloitte internal to monitor applications and provide access to end users. This will deals with access level of users. Application combined all websites hosted on different servers.it is dashboard to maintain all servers, users and groups information.

· Implementing and consuming WCF Service.

· Developing new UI using jQuery, html, Css.

· Developing database related Operations.

· Windows Server’s patching and maintenance.
