I am a lecturer in NICC computer edutech, a computer training institute. I used to teach computer basics & languages such as MS Word, Excel, PPT, C, C++, Java, SQL, RDBMS HTML etc. I used to teach these languages to academic & Engineering students.

Worked in a BPO as Senior Customer Care Executive in an international process for Comsumers Lifestyles, London, used to take surveys from british people about their lifestyleand shopping habbits. The survey consists of about 30 - 40 questions which we have to ask them in a very short period of time and fed into the company's software. It was a very challenging task and I was very good in it.

Work Profile consist of electricitybilling of more than 3.5 Lakh consumers of Kumaon zone of Uttarakhand, which includes timely execution of data punching, bills printing, generating reports,correction of entries, removing duplicacy, sorting data in Oracle using SQLand cash collection from different collection centers all over Kumaon Region.
