Worked as a Project Manager was responsible for design, development, deployment and maintenance of database (MS SQL Server 2008 R2) required for the HR web application on ASP.Net 4.5 and IHRMS application. The projects on web included display of Career details of individual on web, capturing of Aadhaar details in respect of Naval Personnel & families, provision of pre-filled Nomination Form & Retirement forms and regular updation of personal records. As Project Manager Developed several HR Management modules for selection of IN Officers for promotions / posting and tools for career planning of Officers. Executed several new projects and designed their workflow and excelled in execution of Turn-Key Projects for IHRMS (Integrated Human Resource Management System) and also has developed the SRS for eACR Project currently underway at IHQ MoD(Navy)/DOP, integrating other stake holders to Servers of IHRMS server for fast tracking of personnel updates with aim of Steering Navy to Digital Navy. With depth HR Domain knowledge Solved complex policy making problems using PowerBI and SQL. Steer the organization to think from OLTP application to OLAP and Analytical Application.

Description

Various system enhancements have facilitated personnel management decisions by ensuring availability and integrity of information (ETL) suitably formatted for different levels of management using SSIS.
