1. Provider Onboarding

An initiative to convert the existing Provider Onboarding process in UHG to nearly real-time to decrease the SLA and increase the benefit of health plans and services to both provider and customer

2. Contract Lifecycle Management
An initiative as a part of modernization to create a tool that will be useful for creation and maintenance of provider contracts

An initiative as a part of modernization to create an automated tool to inquire and update provider data in NDB via api/batch process for large roster data processing

4. Enterprise Work Router
