1.    Provider Onboarding

An initiative to convert the existing Provider Onboarding process in UHG to nearly real-time to decrease the SLA and increase the benefit of health plans and services to both provider and customer
Roles: 
•    Tested the Java API created for this project
•    Developed an automation tool to automate the API runs for large set of data
•    Created a micro-service using SpringBoot Application and Apache Kafka
 

2.    Contract Lifecycle Management 
An initiative as a part of modernization to create a tool that will be useful for creation and maintenance of provider contracts

3.    Lean Express Output
An initiative as a part of modernization to create an automated tool to inquire and update provider data in NDB via api/batch process for large roster data processing

•    Developed an automation tool to automate the API runs for large set of data
•    Tested the batch files created for this project (update)
 

4.    Enterprise Work Router
An initiative to capture the capability of work queue assignment from this tool to ServiceNow team to have the work queue assignments centrally
