Project_1: Sasken Data Portal (SDP)
Duration: March 2019 – Jan 2020
SDP tool is a web based portal developed by practice team to customize and implement various project
reports on a single portal. SDP tool was also used to submit and track daily efforts spent by team
members on all projects. Selenium & Java automation scripts were developed to test proper navigation
of all web page links present on the portal and validating expected functionalities using TestNG.
Responsibilities:
• Developing automation test scripts using Selenium, TestNG & Java (Eclipse IDE).
• Active role as scrum master for project meetings and all delivery related queries.
• Responsible for doing regression testing on new build released by developers.
• Reviewing test cases written by team members for various UI of tool.
• Debugging issues and providing feedback to developers for quick fixes in JIRA.
• Monitoring both manual and automation test cases executed by team members.
• Preparing verification reports.

Project_2: Android Automation (KenTest Framework)
Duration: May 2018 – Feb 2019
Android Automation ( KenTest) Framework was developed to automate functionalities of native apps
present in Android mobile device using Appium + Java. Objective is to run all automation scripts
developed for various apps as a single test suite to check functionalities of all the apps released into
project at various phases of software development and regression test of bug fixes.
Responsibilities:
• Acting team lead to a team of 6 members.
• Identifying possible user scenario’s and creating automation scripts for Contacts, Dialer, Clock,
Messages, E-mail and Weather apps present on android mobile device.
• Test case script development using Java, Appium and Android UI Automator.
• Identifying bugs and analyzing crash files and report defects using JIRA.
• Responsible for test execution, integration testing of different modules in test suite.
• Review of test scripts developed by team for code optimization.
• Delivery of test scripts and test reports as per project milestones.

Project_3: Themes Module Testing
Duration: Sept 2016 – April 2018
Themes application is the default native application used on all SONY XPERIA phones to change
colors of device GUI on Notification panel, Navigation bar, Status bar, Settings, Wallpaper handling, Lock
screen images, Icons of all apps present on device, Radio button, Checkbox and Notification sound files /
ringtones. Scope involves looking for any degrades in theme picker behavior while applying different
themes downloaded from Google Playstore and Sony internal market.
Responsibilities:
• Point of contact to customer for verification of application.
• Complete ownership of testing and delivery of test results to customer.
• Regression testing and updating test execution results on ALM (Application Life cycle
Management) tool.
• Raising new defects on JIRA tool, tracking it till closure.
• Working in sync with developers to fix issues.
• Negative testing by Uninstalling skinned themes
• Delivering test results on time for different phones as per given deadlines (since we have limited
time to reach end user market on different countries).
• Received multiple appreciations for my work, quality of test execution and delivery of test
results from customer.
• Tested different versions of Themes apk on ALL Sony phones released in Android L, M, N and O.
• Testing theme picker behavior on multiuser phone profiles by upgrading to new Android OS
releases.

Project_4: Flash Application Security Tool
Duration: Nov 2013 - June 2016
FAS testing module covers regression testing of the functionality of FlashGordon tool ( versions
FG4 & FG3 ) developed by Sony Mobiles on GUI part by using Console & Daemon commands. FG4 tool
is widely used by Sony to flash all it Mobile devices in Factory, Software Development Centre and
Customer Care Centre across world to flash all testable software into Sony devices for testing different
areas like S1 Boot files, partition information, TA files present in phone before releasing into market for
sales.
Responsibilities:
• Point of contact to customer for verification of application.
• Only offshore tester for Sony Mobiles to test their proprietary flashing tools FG4 & FG3.
• Responsible for end-to-end testing of new software builds and delivery.
• Regression testing of all features available in the tool like Dumpflash, FormatFlash, TA-Editor,
and Partition Backup etc.
• Synchronized with developers to provide all necessary inputs to fix the issues.
• Experienced on analyzing logs of tool to find route cause of failure,
• Testing FG4 tool communication with Sony Ericsson Core Security server communication using
Biometrics smartcard reader.

Project_5: Mobile Operator Specific Testing
Duration: Feb 2009 - Oct 2013
We are responsible for complete customization of phone apps and UI based on requirements of
European mobile operators. Team will perform functional, regression and system testing on multiple
handsets to check quality of software with respect to different requirements matching to different
countries on European Market for T-Mobile, Hutch & Vodafone operators. A pure Black box testing was
carried out to test the functionality, compatibility of the Mobile Handset with Mobile Platforms as
Android, EMP and JDM.
Responsibilities:
 Point of contact for T-Mobile operator, leading telecom mobile operator in Europe.
 Went onsite for 70 days to Sweden and worked closely with customer and developers from 13-
June-2013 to 21-August-2013.
 Black box testing of all T-Mobile operator specific apps released for various European countries.
 Performed Functionality, Performance, Regression, and Sanity, Stress and User Interface Testing
on both generic and operator specific applications for new software builds on different Sony
Mobiles.
• Expertise in functional, regression and system testing of Mobile Applications in areas like
Browser, Camera, Security, Bluetooth, Messaging, Email.
• Experienced in Release Test & Final Candidate (FC) testing for different products.
• Gathering the requirements for various mobile applications and designing test cases.
• Involved in Release Test (RT) & Final Candidate (FC) testing for different products.
• Conducting peer reviews, preparing test summary report, bug report etc.
• Experience in analyzing operator specific requirements & creating test cases based out of it.
• Preparation of Weekly Status Report & Final report to customer.
• Exploratory testing will be done for the new features introduced & bug fixes given.

Project_6: Multimedia Application Testing
Duration: Sept 2006 - Aug 2008
To validate coverage of use cases with available test cases in Telephony and Multimedia areas
and executing BATS, QATS, CP1s, TRTs and performing Adhoc-testing. Creation and Execution of test
cases and reporting defects observed on Symbian platform phones
