PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Davita Medical Group: 

• Join DMG during transition from Davita to OptumCare.
• Maintain and support DMG Citrix infrastructure.
• Perform health-check on local Citrix farm for various markets in CO, NM, FL and CA.
• Work with Help Desk on Citrix tickets during transitions.
• Support Clinical App Support team with Allscript patches on Citrix servers.
• Work with other Citrix engineers on standardizations.
• Develop high level plan to migrate local market Data Center to Optumcare new Data Center.
