Re-engineering legacy SITA next generation Platform. Legacy scope of Boarding Gate Tablet MMP, Core functionality. The core scope that consists of field gateway, Logging system, Monitoring and management system and Configuration. Device integration scope that are part of the scope are BGR, LSR, Printer, ATB, BTP and MSR. Iass, SaaS and PaaS models has been considered in this project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working closely with Product owners and business to ensure required scope is planned with milestones.
• Release planning and integration planning of sprints
• Manage delivery excellence and meeting required documentation and metrics.
