Developed various applications using IBM Websphere Lombardi Edition (IBM BPM)

I was actively involved in all phases of testing. I had an opportunity to work on various applications(more than 60) developed in a wide range of platforms like .NET, J2EE, IBM Lombardi, Notes, PeopleSoft and SAP.
Projects Worked​: Testing Framework, Envoy – My Services (Tax), Aura (Client Server Technology), Tax - TaCoMa, Partner Rotation, SEC Date Wizard, Tax Process Orchestration, Pulse Survey, Upward Feedback, IFS, Hoteling System, CFOdirect, Alumni, AP Workflow, Global People Management (GPM), Service Center, Talent Management, Market Portfolio Management, IFS, Independence (which has 48 applications) and IPA. I’ve worked on Global Entity Management Service Realignment (GEMS) and Central Entity Service (CES) which are the backbone of the entire independence.

Currently, Avaya offers its customers electronic versions of their invoices, but this service is used by a fraction of its customers. In an effort to reduce billing costs, reduce payment allocation errors, and enhance customer satisfaction Avaya seeks to deploy a world-class Customer Self Service solution for its customers.

● Participated in Requirement Analysis, Business Analysis and Risk Analysis of application.

● Developed Test Plans for the project and managing the scope of the project.
