Built and led 4 different teams for 4 different companies and then project managed those teams in development and solution architecture to accomplish the respective projects to their timelines and budget. Managed developers including remote on shore and off shore (China, India, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, England), and provided technical direction. Managed deliverables to end clients.
IOT and IIOT architectures (Industry 4.0 and IoT building management software and smart retail architecture and application) including a solution for a smart retail mall in England that measure footfall and retail customers in order to facilitate sales and commercial space and project in the US that involved a smart manufacturing solution in automotive manufacturing tracking OEE and ROI.

Technical Sales and Presales Engineering
Managed deliverables to end clients. Managed accounts and was responsible for selling about $2M in software services in the last 3 years to end clients and customers. Very comfortable with presentations. Have experience with presentations with investors on wall street as well as c-level officers and engineering staff.
Scrum Master (CSM certified)
Kanban, Jira, Confluence, TFS, CI/CD, and web development. Experienced in using the Atlassian suite (Jira/Bitbucket, Confluence) of software to manage code and teams as well as GitLab and Azure DevOps. Also facilitated daily scrum / stand up, story point estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, tracked tasks and deliverables. Led teams in developing mobile (Android and iOS) and web applications (WebAPI, .NET, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Azure), GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
