Proof of Concept Projects for SAS 9.4 and Hadoop/Big Data

• Project managed infrastructure including purchasing hardware from Dell and securing physical servers, firewalls, cables, licenses and all other requirements from internal Cox Communications supporting teams.

• Successfully installed the application in Cox data center.

• Started using the application for first round of users. Created troubleshooting documentations, maintained a 24hours troubleshooting call with Dell (outside vendor).

Manage Rocket LegaSuite GUI and Web product implementation for customers in different fields including healthcare, publics school systems, state agencies, and corporations. These projects range from 4 weeks’ to multi-year implementation schedule.

Data Migration to Hadoop Completed at least 12 data integration and migration (to Hadoop) projects for Cox Communication. Created multiple reports using visualization tools as Tableau and OBIEE for customers after moving their databases to Hadoop.

The project targetted replacing the Cox internal IT Helpdesk Center to be outsourced to ServiceNow. It took a total of 8 months to complete the project including the infrastruture set up, moving the helpdesk activities, custmers to Service Now and other details.
