Before my MBA degree, I managed projects (PMI’s practices) from end to end and led a team of 5 analysts in charge of monitoring politics and the economy both through data and interviews with key stake holders. I ensured that projects were maximizing value, quality and partners’ satisfaction through the use of consistent methodologies, processes, procedures, tools and metrics. I have gathered data, analyzed it and derived insights to orient our strategy and to make data-driven decisions and to propose new KPIs.
