UPRAiZAL is a continuous task based performance appraisal management system which provides objectivity to task measurement and makes the ratings and appraisals transparent and holistic. It can even inherit tasks from other systems provide ratings and assessment which can further be integrated into any HRMS application.

Responsibilities:

• Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design wireframes.
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
• Preparing mockup’s based on wireframes.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.

• Working with clients, briefing and advising them about design wireframes, style, format, print Production and timescale.
• Developing Concepts, graphic and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and all type of branding.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
