X-Force registering leads, agents, projects, campaigns and employee in the application automatically assign agents to a lead according to the priority and demand tracking the status and actions of the assigned lead project. Record lead preferences and notes according to their requirement Send email, push and dash board notification during each status completion generating various reports such as lead performance report, agent action reports.
Application was deployed in AWS cloud environment.
