Built framework for BOT uniformity in BLUE PRISM. Administered, orchestrated, and controlled the virtual workforce. Worked on Business process diagrams and process flow charts with RPA tools.

Responsibilities (Environment – UIPATH, SAP GRC, PLM, GIT HUB)

• Working in the COE team where we deliver BOTs to production, for the newly on boarded LOBs, and setup some guidelines to move these BOTs in to production, WE also handle the governance of the complete RPA at the enterprise level
• Developed almost 20 process here including some POCs, for different internal HR teams and external vendors like GE DIGITAL;
• Implemented End to End Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for business processes in GE Digital sector using UIPATH. The RPA implementation resulted in 20 FTE savings and 50% AHT.
• Act as RPA Technical /Solution Architect to review the design while conceptualizing the RPA solution.

• Have been part of Automation team from IBM, who brought a major change to BMW automation strategy by implementing a new framework successfully first time in BMW.
• Developing the automation test scripts in order to automate myPLM related CATIA,Nagios&DXMenvironments.
• Involved in testing CATIA performance from non-functional perspective also.
• Act as a liaison between the BMW, IBM Geo team and Off-shore team/management to identify and resolve issues impacting application availability,scalability,performance and data throughput.

• Coordinating with onsite and offshore team and involved in set up calls for clarification with clients.
