AISS is a web based credit ranking system that does indexing and scoring of Real Properties in USA.
Appraiser evaluates Real Estate Properties on Sale with help of AISS system. AISS business rule engine
index properties on the basis of Subject property and it Comparable (recently sold properties) and provide
and final score to the subject property. On the basis of final score, property price is decided and Appraiser
prepare a uniform Appraisal Report.
AISS provided web interface to feed Subject Property, Comparable Properties, Appraisal Income
Approach, Appraisal Site, Appraisal Calculate Rule, Review Records etc.
AISS Rule engine is also integrated with other application that feed Subject and other information by
importing XMLs instead of using Web Interface.
AISS is an intranet web application that is accessible to Clients and its Paid vendors on secure
connection.

Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) lends a helping hand to renters and aspiring
homeowners looking for affordable housing. The information is recorded in Subsidiary Ledger which is
periodically summarized and posted to an account in general ledger, which in turn is used to construct
financial statements of the company.
The HUD National servicing center (NSC) uses a comprehensive customized system single family
mortgage asset recovery technology (SMART) to perform various accounting and servicing functions for
FHA insured and secretary held portfolio and other assets including first, second and subordinate notes to
U.S. department of Housing and Urban development (HUD).
In addition, Smart contains data on loan programs such as Good Neighbor Next Door (GNND) section
235 insured and hope for Homeowners (H4H), Partial Claim, and Secretary Held.
SMART also provides various services to process the data.
