This project was initiate to migrate the existing Teradata and MicroStrategy platforms to native Azure services (Synapse/PowerBI) to bring our key company data together on one platform, eliminate our legacy technology Teradata footprint and reduce overall annual ongoing run costs.

This project initiated, designed and plan to develop using Scale Agile portfolio level the scope of this project is to deliver business requirements for FedEx international customers on quarterly based release using Scale agile.

• Conduct Scrum Ceremonies such as Sprint planning, Daily Scrum meetings, Backlog grooming, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective meetings
• Demonstrate and apply the deep, specific agile knowledge for estimation plan and execution
• Enabled improvement in team delivery commitments and capacity planning for sprints by identifying & tracking tasks, increased customer satisfaction.
• Planning the sprints and resources, Release planning and Backlog Refinement
• Monitor project progress to make ensure that project was delivered within schedule and budget.

• Understand business need and train the team on Agile frame work (Scrum, Kanban , TDD, FDD and Extreme programing)

• Working closely with the Product Owners, BI Architect, Tech Leads and conduct the daily scrum meetings and drive the agile implementation.
• Serve as a Scrum Master, work with Product owners and Technical managers

• Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog project timeline.
• Work closely with project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features for their various project requirements on Program and Portfolio level Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholders, in Program and Portfolio level

Initiated agile lean implementation for projects under Program and Portfolio level Create Scrum and Kanban project and train the Cross Functional team in agile methodology and drive the agile implementation
