SingTel launched ecommerce website https://www.singtel.com/easymobile/phones-plans.html. Through this site they offer products for Mobile Devices, Phone Plans, International calling facilities, Broadband, home line, SingTel TV, Hot Deals, My Portal for Bill Payments etc. SingTel uses Hybris as the ecommerce engine and AEM as the front-end content management tool. As part of this engagement, Infosys is providing L2 and L3 support for the Easy Mobile online e-commerce website that functions as a point of access to information on the Internet and provides end customers the ability to purchase / subscribe to Easy Mobile.

- Spearheaded a team of 15 members that includes designer and developer located in geographically dispersed location
- Responsible for sprint planning and allocate the work/stories for each release to them and maintain a dashboard to track the work done by individual.

- Designed and developed ownership to drive the UI team to design the user interface with HTML 5.0 and AJAX call to the respective web service.
- Guided the team to develop the application in the new Java/j2ee stack and Rest Webservice.
- Acted as a Scrum Master to help the team in sprint planning and delegating task to respective team member.
- Monitoring effectiveness of the incident management process and making recommendations for improvement.
- Analysed the Live & E2E defects and resolved them.
