The Project scope was to develop IRIS (Information Risk Information Security), a portal that provide client with a ‘single pane of glass’ to view, track & act on security risk metrics within their portfolio. IRIS allowed AXP teams to understand and act on security risks faster & more effectively by putting everything in one place and linking users directly to tools, they need. They key offerings and capabilities of IRIS included:

• Organization of metrics and key risk indicators (KRIs) into actionable risk stories
• Allowed users to act on reducing risk, immediately (where applicable)
• Provided a framework for delegated views of metrics and actions

SingTel launched ecommerce website https://www.singtel.com/easymobile/phones-plans.html. Through this site they offer products for Mobile Devices, Phone Plans, International calling facilities, Broadband, home line, SingTel TV, Hot Deals, My Portal for Bill Payments etc. SingTel uses Hybris as the ecommerce engine and AEM as the front-end content management tool. As part of this engagement, Infosys is providing L2 and L3 support for the Easy Mobile online e-commerce website that functions as a point of access to information on the Internet and provides end customers the ability to purchase / subscribe to Easy Mobile.

• Spearheaded a team of 15 members that includes designer and developer located in geographically dispersed location
• Responsible for sprint planning and allocate the work/stories for each release to them and maintain a dashboard to track the work done by individual.
• Managed overall project activities including requirement gathering, preparing functional documents, resource & task scheduling, change management, work force planning, etc.
• Provided end-to-end management of multiple projects from conceptualization and visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects.
• Allocated resources among team members and guiding them during the project until final delivery.
• Conducted review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule, ensuring timely completion & delivery of the project to the client.
• Supervised the lifecycle of code development via sprints.
• Responded on RFP for DevOps (for project) and project proprietary tools like Storm, Team city, HP ALM-Quality Center.

• Designed and developed ownership to drive the UI team to design the user interface with HTML 5.0 and AJAX call to the respective web service.
• Guided the team to develop the application in the new Java/j2ee stack and Rest Webservice.
• Acted as a Scrum Master to help the team in sprint planning and delegating task to respective team member.
• Monitoring effectiveness of the incident management process and making recommendations for improvement.
• Analysed the Live & E2E defects and resolved them.
• Involved in coding, unit testing, analysing test results, unit testing and integration testing as per the agreed standards.
