With nearly 22 years of experience, I am adept in Project Management, Infrastructure, Hardware, Networking&System Administration and Team Management.My experience has allowed me in planning &driving strategic organizational initiatives and Steered transformation of organizational practices with focus on leveraging IT as a strategic tool for business. In addition, I am proficient in all aspects of the project life cycle including initial feasibility analysis, conceptual designing, development, implementation and user training.

In the prior roles, I have excelled in full project activities like implementation design, key user training, Pre Go Live Process, support contracts and report requirement analysis & development. Furthermore, I have gained extensive exposure in managing ERP Project, maintaining hardware and software as per ITIL and corporate IT policy. I have also experience in monitoring SLA of service providers, preparing performance summary and implementing IT strategy.
