Description

Solution is built using Apex Classes, Aura Components, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, REST APIs and Integration to external software, Qualtrics to integrate Qualtrics account with Salesforce to trigger a survey from a Salesforce event and send survey response data to Salesforce.

Solution built allow external users to self-register to the community based portal, and login to carry out member’s related activities such as submitting Annual Communication of Progress (ACOP), edit, enter, update and upload member’s details and contact the client’s customer service team.
