WFT is an application for Accounts Payable process. A Dot net script is written to fetch the mail from the client Outlook 2010 and fed into a SQL Server. The mails are filtered based on received date and assigned to associates based on FIFO process for action thereby managing the mails of the clients and allocating the work in a distributed fashion for better tracking. Reports are projected as dashboard allowing the supervisor to measure the performance of the associates and help the associate to achieve their KPI accordingly.

Using Dot Net program, a Windows application is developed to capture the associates activities during the Business hours, where the time is captured for Order processing. The local desktop time is captured automatically. The associates have to enter the break and other activities. This tool has the capability to capture system idle and lockout time. The captured data are stored in a SQL Server. The reports generated are used for analyzing the employee Utilization and Business trending for immediate supervisor.
