Served as a key member of software development team on ATG based e-Commerce web application. Part of production support track of QA testing team in developing and implementing quality-assurance and quality-control methodologies to ensure compliance with QA standards, federal regulations and customer specifications. My responsibilities are:

• Created and executed test plans, cases and scripts to uncover, identify and document software problems and their causes.

• Transitioned software development efforts to a test-driven development (TDD) process, which brought QA testing in on the front-end of the development cycle for gains in code quality, software functionality and programmer productivity.

• Extensively involved in defect tracking, Creating & managing reports using JIRA & Confluence tools.

In order to help the citizens of India including the remote parts of India IRCTC made Easy Bill Limited to facilitate their PRS booking system with help of their Distributor/ Retailer network. Easy Rail Booking is a B2B application which facilitates several services, including E-Ticket Booking, Cancellation of E-Ticket, Printing ERS, Booking History, PNR Status, Station Detail, Train Detail, and Train on Route etc.

Spare Parts Module of this application is developed to create and screens to advertise their products. It enables user to manage Spare Parts, Panels & Screens. It basically manages the screens with its different attributes.

It's a sister site of Bed Bath & Beyond site. It's also a large scale e-commerce web application developed on Java ATG platform.
