Clear View is an extension and enhancement of the existing workflow for cash collection and cash allocation cycle in FCH to provide better features/services to the FCH (Financial Clearing Home) customers. These enhancements are:

  • Introduction of premium collection/allocation subscriptions to FCH customers.
  • Enhanced escalation mechanism and extended chasing processes.
  • Better Java based dynamic and user-friendly GUI Vs existing plain look and feel.
  • Provide directory services to Syniverse users and clients.
  • Provide profile driven dashboards.
  • Reports generation and export to excel-sheet capability to enable customers do overall business analysis.

Description

MPG (Mobile Payment Gateway) is a gateway between the service provider (like Microsoft, Nokia) and the operators (like Vodafone, Elisa, Debitel etc). MPG acts as gateway between the service provider and the operator, starting from the user’s request till end of the request (either successful download or failure). MPG contains 3 modules MPG core, SPI and Connectors.

MPG core is the heart of the MPG which handles functionality like loading the configurations, starting the server, starting the service provider, connectors, identifying the type of the request, request management, parsing of the request etc.

Operator Connector is a pluggable component and is decoupled from the MPG core. An API is developed and each connector needs to implement the API, and operator connector can be developed independent from the MPG core. Implementation of operator connectors defer based upon the operator’s billing flow and the payment mode. Operator connector takes care of activities like identifying the type of the request, processing the authentication and authorization, maintaining the transaction, providing the billing information to the billing system etc.
