• Responsible for Fusion Apps Environments Upgrade and Patching activities for customer Production/Stage environments.

• Developed scripts (mCollective) and support strategies to help the team members.

• I also perform internal upgrade and patching (x-Builds testing) activities for technical and functional upgrade testing in order to find out the issues up front and work with corresponding development teams for fix.

• Leading the DataQuality project from the front, which is initiated to track the potential data quality issues and try to restrict the functional impact for customer.

• Responsible for provisioning Fusion Apps Environments on OVMs manually and using OVMM.

• Provisioned production based Cloud SaaS Environments to customers i.e. Apple.

• Have good understanding of OVAB and FAOVM Utilities used for provisioning.

• Have good understanding of Fusion Apps Architecture and Topology.

• Good understanding of the IDM Components such as OID, OIM/OAM and Webgate.

• Responsible for Maintenance and Support of Oracle Applications 11i, R12 (12.1.3) instances, latest Apps R12.2 (on WLS) and Fusion Envs on OVM.

• Patch Application in Apps Tier and DB Tier.

• Have good understanding facility of Zero Downtime in the EBS R12.2, like switching between the APPL-TOPs.
