Responsibilities (in brief):
• Managing a 8-member team (Developers and Business Analysts) in Mumbai
• Responsible and accountable for day to day activities of the team and support the production of all
components owned by the Mumbai team
• System Analysis Requirement analysis, Business Requirement understanding Documents preparation for the
entire system.
• In addition, Scrum-Master for the team which involves scrum, sprint management and
sprint planning along with budget tracking and forecasting for scrum. Timely consumption of Budget
information to sponsors which is essential for prioritization of requests.
• Setup of agile/scrum (2 weeks) mode and giving onshore/offshore management clarity on ongoing activities
in Mumbai. Retrospective feedback for the scrum shared for each sprint.
• Design and Architect a customized and scalable solution for tasks
• Resource/Work Allocation for Offshore team.
• Co-ordination with offshore for Requirement understanding, Design and Development Activities and weekly
status checks.
• Understanding, presentation and demos for users.
• Co-ordination between different application teams for project related tasks.
• Support/Testing coordination for E2E chain as required for the projects/tasks.
• Validation of Release Management for all the projects delivered.
