Fox has many networks and TV channels. Currently they have .Net based program scheduling system used by their Scheduling team. This scheduler application allows team to schedule a program for a specific date, months and years. This scheduler has features like drag and drop program, highlight program, colours programs using different criteria, auto scroll to specific date, compare two different network schedules, schedule programs recurringly, export schedule in a PDF and excel format. Fox has decided to move this application on Salesforce platform. This project is being built using Lightning web components and other Salesforce configurations.

FOX has an application called MovieZone. This app is used by their partners and vendors to pitch for CD/DVD rights for any upcoming movies, serials and other promotions. Since FOX has been acquired by Disney, it has decided to handover this business to other company called ABS . Fox has planned to migration MovieZone application from their Salesforce Instance to ABS Salesforce Instance. FOX has already setup for Salesforce deployment automation using AutoRABIT and Bitbucket. Due to high recursive cost of AutoRABIT, FOX wanted to replace it with opensource Jenkins. Fox wanted LTI to automate the entire deployment using Salesforce DX unlocked packaging. Scope was to integrate Bitbucket with Jenkins. Integrate Jenkins with Slack. Jenkins job should automatically fetch the source code from Bitbucket and create SFDX unlocked package with its version. Once package is created, it should send the package installation request for approval on Slack channel. Once user approves it, Jenkins job should automatically install SFDX unlocked package in target Salesforce org i.e. FOX PMO org.

Harley-Davidson (HD) is the leading manufacturer of custom, cruiser and touring motorcycles. HD dealers in different countries organize and provide bike riding training to the new and experienced riders. Earlier there was no centralized platform to reach out to new riders to market these riding events. We have implemented two communities - one for Dealers to publish-manage events and another for Riders to enrol. In recent release, we helped HD to roll-out these communities in 4 new countries and in 5 different languages. Additional enhancements included new payment methods, several usability features, easier reporting for dealers, multi-lingual self-service & integration with back-end systems. Currently the dealer community is being used by around 50 international and more than 500 US dealers.

WABCO had both Sales and service cloud implementation in addition to community cloud. There were multiple problems they were facing. Firstly, developer collaboration was poor and thus leading to overridden of code and multiple defects. Secondly, there were no integrated team environment and thus leading to many late development stage issues. Single product owner and Lead were handling multiple team and thus delay in overall development. No Salesforce best practices were followed which led to performance and code issues. Manual and lengthy deployment process was taking time and thus limited product roll out during a year. Avis Budget Group has recently acquired Rental Car Company Maggiore in Italy. Avis and Maggiore both had their own Salesforce org. Avis wanted us to migrated Maggiore on Avis org and slowly shutdown Maggiore org. In addition to that, Avis was near to reach many Salesforce governor limit like Field limit on Account, so they wanted us to optimize their Salesforce instance. Additionally there were few enhancement requests like Quote to PDF generation, integration with D&B, Custom Knowledge management tool, integration with legacy systems, performance improvement of Reports and Account creation functionalities, Streamline of their Sales processes and Maggiore to AVIS data migration.
