Customer requires tracking of key wireless metrics to help understand if end customer is meeting minimum commitments and whether penalties should be applied. Existing technology is supposed to show Copper orders being installed next day so that Care can proactively call customers to prepare them for their appointment –the technology isn’t working correctly. Call aheads wasn’t happening: Agents received orders intermittently (sometimes EOD) and are missing orders with next day installations

Disney receives different type of ideas for episodes and movies creation from different channels, like freelancer, studios, networks, sometimes people approach them with partial/ completed projects, Disney manages all these ideas by initiating the deal Request respective to idea/episode/movie etc., it received from different channels in different fashion. They have existing system for managing some part of it, but it is not meeting their current requirements and hence they were looking for innovative solutions for their problem. Birlasoft is building new system from scratch and integrating and automating all their needs under one roof using Salesforce technology.
